Shift: Days Acts as the organization’s Risk Manager. Integrates these functions and related processes with quality management and improvement activities. Works with insurers, staff and affected parties to prevent and resolve risk issues. Coordinates patient satisfaction surveys and the ensuing data evaluation. Oversees and ensures accurate and timely data collection and submission to various external agencies. Assists in promoting and coordinating interdisciplinary care and services, high quality safe patient care and efficient and effective utilization of organizational resources, including as applicable PDSA, Studer Principles, LEAN and Six Sigma. NAHQ Certification required or able to obtain within 2 years of hire date. three (3) or more years of previous clinical experience in an acute care setting.
