Diabetes Support Group--A diabetes support group is open to everyone. The group meets the first Tuesday of the month at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Energy Program--A vascular disease risk reduction program based on lifestyle modifications including diet and exercise
Lifeline--A personal emergency response system
LifeSupport--A support group for individuals facing chronic or life threatening illnesses
