Hayward Area Memorial Hospital's rehabilitation services can help those who may not be able to cope with daily living activities due to aging, illness or injury. Our therapists and therapy aides have extensive training and the ability to help people function at the highest level possible. Most programs require a physician's order for treatment.

Energy Program--A registered nurse monitors a low-cost exercise program for those with heart conditions,asthma and a variety of other medical problems. Call 934-4502 for more information   Occupational Therapy--Two occupational therapists and a  certified occupational therapy assistant focus on the restoration or development of a person's occupational performance in the areas of self-care, productivity, and leisure.
