Anchored by an Emergency Services Department staffed by experienced physicians and Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support staff at all times, Hayward Area Memorial Hospital provides medical services close to the people who live here and those who visit.

 Major renovation and new construction projects have resulted in an almost completely new facility. The high tech medical equipment we have is not often found in a small community hospital.
 
An active and progressive board of directors is involved in the community and responds to the health care needs of its residents and visitors.
 
We are continuously growing and adding services. Currently, we are building a new long term care center and assisted living apartments.
